Another service I provide is as a fully trained and accredited Funeral celebrant.
Most people feel the need to acknowledge death through an appropriate ceremony, so it is important to farewell the deceased with family and friends present, to reminisce together and share their grief.
The passing of a loved one and the ensuing funeral is one of life's saddest and most stressful times. We all need to say goodbye in our own special way and I can help you do that by working closely with you to take some of the stress out of that special goodbye.
I work together with Funeral Homes and bereaved families to prepare a sensitive, meaningful service, to celebrate the life and achievements of the deceased.
With input from family and friends I will write a Eulogy, creating a story of your loved one, reflecting and honouring their life. I will create a personalised and meaningful ceremony, dignifying the deceased person with sincerity and compassion, while reflecting on their life and the influence their lives had on the people around them..
There are many things that can be included in the ceremony, such as candles, slide shows, family/friends doing a reading or poem, photographs, music, personal effects and lighting, so please contact me for suggestions.
